Abstract

Gender equality is an important target in human development both globally and nationally. The Gender Development Index (IPG) is a measure of the success rate of development outcomes that accommodates gender issues. IPG is a gender-based human development measure seen from the three dimensions of basic human achievement, namely the dimensions of long life and healthy life, knowledge, and a decent standard of living. This publication aims to provide information on gender-based human development in Sinjai Regency. In addition, it can also be seen that the components of human development achievements according to gender. It is recognized that this publication has not fully satisfied with all data consumers. Constructive suggestions are still expected for the improvement of the next publication. Thanks to all who participated in making this publication possible.
