Abstract

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKDs were conducted since 2005. The respondents in SKD 2023 are consumers who receive services from the Integrated Statistics Services (PST) unit BPS by way of face to face or coming directly to the BPS PST unit and without face to face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letter, website, or online statistical services. In general, the purpose of implementing SKD2023 is to get evaluation materials from consumers as supporters of improving quality data and statistical information. SKD 2023 results are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data requirements, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
